Founder & President

Oscar leads Somos Venezuela with a vision to empower Venezuelan youth through education, technology, and sustainability. He oversees strategy, partnerships, and long-term development — including the creation of the first prototype school clubs and electronic recycling initiatives.

Logan Norris

Logan Norris

Vice President · Operations

Logan ensures programs and initiatives are effectively implemented. He provides structure, manages partnerships, and coordinates logistics for both U.S. and Venezuelan operations.

Enmanuel maintains organizational records, assists with communication systems, and supports the digital infrastructure behind the nonprofit's programs.

Through careful coordination and trusted local partnerships, she ensures that what is given reaches those who truly cannot access it any other way.

Martber leads Somos Venezuela's work on the ground in Punto Fijo and the Paraguaná Peninsula — coordinating the medicine and humanitarian aid pipeline and hand-delivering resources directly to the families and communities that need them. Her deep local roots make her the trusted bridge between what is donated and where it lands.

Vanessa extends Somos Venezuela's reach into Venezuela's central region from Valencia, coordinating medicine and humanitarian aid distribution across Carabobo. Her broad network across local organizations helps our resources move quickly and reach the people who need them most.

Founded by our Punto Fijo coordinator Martber Manaure, Corazones Azules champions autism and special-needs education in Venezuela — training teachers and guiding families on how to support children with special needs. Together we deliver learning and play materials (materiales lúdicos) to the children and teachers they serve.
